What is the delivery time for my package?
- Colissimo France: 7 working days from the date of shipment
- Colissimo Outre Mer: 11 to 18 working days from the date of shipment (indicative time, excluding customs processing)
- Colissimo EU: 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch
- Colissimo outside the EU: 3 to 8 working days from the date of shipment (indicative time, excluding customs processing)
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange an unused item in good condition up to 14 days after the date of receipt of your package. Please refer to the general conditions of sale as well see the returns and exchanges page for more details.
How long does the return procedure take?
As soon as we have received your package with the returned products unused and in good condition, we will refund you within two working days. You will be notified by email at the address you provided on your account during the transaction.
After we initiate the refund process, it may take up to 3 business days for the money to be transferred to your bank or Paypal account.

I have a Promo Code, how does it work?
